Imamzadeh Hamzeh - Entering the doors of the son of an Imam (as) and his grandson Shah Ahmad (as)

This is the site of Imam zadeh Hamza and his son Imam zadeh Ahmad.  It is nestled within the alleys of the city of Qom housed in a building 400 years old.  Every where I looked I saw beauty and came out feeling like we had all been to another world, the effect of upholding a relationship with the family of our Holy Prophet of Islam Mohammad (SAW).  A much overlooked site of visitors to Qom.
I have chosen to focus on different aspects of this site in separate posts in order to draw attention to  the beauty I found in the site's individual aspects.  When I entered I was drawn to the age, wearing and strength of the antique doors.

Doors have been an attraction and fascination of mine for many years now.  I apologize in advance for what looks like a careless overlooking on my part of my son hanging on the knob of this antique and well preserved door.  As soon as I finished focusing on taking the picture and realized my son's action I corrected his behavior.  It  happened after observing respect towards the entrance of these holy places and the body of the personality that lies at peace within it.

To me the door of these holy personalities symbolizes the reliance upon their individual personalities to guide us as we remember them in our prayers and visitation to their burial grounds and enter our spiritual realms.
